Is Kenya Institute of  social Work registered with the ministry of Education, Science       and Technology?

  • KISWCD was incorporated as a limited Company on 22/6/2000 Certificate No. 90154.
  • KISWCD is registered with Kenya's Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Registration No. MOEST/PC/758/2002.
  • Registered by Directorate of Industrial Training in 1999.
  1. Are our Diploma Programmes internal or External?

KISWCD only offers external examinations from different Examination bodies e.g. Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) Institute of Commercial Management (ICM-UK), ABMA and AQA-UK.

  1. Where are our classes / Seminars /Workshops held?

All classes, seminars and workshops are held in our Nairobi Campus at NACICO Plaza, where we have spacious, quiet and a cool learning environment.

  1. Can one take more than one course at a go?

This is possible, but the student must be prepared to sacrifice more time to cater for the needs of the two courses.

  1. Who is eligible to enroll in these courses?

one must have;
(a) A C- in KCSE or Division II and above or
(b) A certificate in any of the courses offered.
