This is a two year programme which is designed to provide the trainees with knowledge, skills and attitudes required in the Dietetics profession.

DNDM 5304: Legal Aspects of Dietetics
DNDM 5305: Food Production Theory
DNDM 5306: Food and Beverage Practice
DNDM 5307: Diet Therapy 1
DNDM 5308: Communication Skills

SEMESTER TWO
DNDM 5309: Social Research Methods
DNDM 5310: Physical Science
DNDM 5311: Biochemistry
DNDM 5312: Human Psychology
DNDM 5313: Computer Application
DNDM 5314: Diet Therapy 11
DNDM 5315: Entrepreneurship Education

SEMESTER THREE
