QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree , Customer Care, Sales & Marketing or Related Field
  • Two years’ experience in a busy organization as a Front Office Manager

3. TRAINERS
1. Business Management (2)
2. Information Communication Technology (1)
3. Secretarial Studies (1)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years’ experience in training
  • Knowledge in KNEC/NITA examination procedures
